Carers Leeds and Irwin Mitchell have produced a video on how to complete a DLA form. It takes parents/carers through the DLA form with helpful tips on how to complete the claim and maximise the chances of receiving the most appropriate award. Parents can dip in and out and focus on particular questions or view the whole resource.
